Ordering & Shipping

How long will it take to get my order?

We pride ourselves on fast turnaround times. Most orders are produced and shipped from our shop here in Brandon, FL, within 1-2 business days. Shipping time then depends on the carrier, but most domestic orders arrive within 3-5 business days after that.

Will my order include a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

What is your return policy?

For our stock decals (non-customized items), we accept returns within 30 days if the decal is unused and in its original condition. Due to their personalized nature, we cannot accept returns on custom orders, such as boat registration numbers or personalized text decals, unless there was an error on our part.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?

We stand behind our work 100%. If your order arrives with any damage from shipping or if we made a mistake on your custom decal, please contact us immediately. Send us a photo of the issue, and we will ship a replacement to you right away at no charge.

Product & Material Information

What are your decals made of? Are they high quality?

We use premium, outdoor-grade Oracal 651 vinyl for all of our standard decals. For exterior use cases requiring superior adhesion and longevity, we use Oracal 751.

How durable are your decals? Are they weatherproof?

Absolutely. Our decals are built to withstand the elements. They are 100% waterproof and UV-resistant, making them perfect for the harsh Florida sun and saltwater environment. They are rated for 5-7 years of outdoor life without fading, cracking, or peeling.

What is the difference between a decal and a sticker?

A sticker is typically printed on a single piece of material with a background, like a bumper sticker. Our decals are die-cut from a solid sheet of colored vinyl. This means there is no background—the final result is just the lettering or design, giving you a clean, professional "painted-on" look.

What surfaces will your decals stick to?

Our decals will adhere to almost any clean, smooth, non-porous surface. This includes fiberglass boat hulls, gelcoat, glass, car paint and windows, coolers, laptops, tumblers, and smooth plastics. They are not recommended for rough or textured surfaces.

Application & Care

How do I apply my decal for the best results?

For a perfect, bubble-free application, follow these steps:

  1. CLEAN: Thoroughly clean and dry the surface with rubbing alcohol.
  2. PEEL: Carefully peel the paper backing away, ensuring the entire vinyl decal remains on the clear transfer tape.
  3. APPLY: Position the decal and carefully place it on the surface.
  4. SQUEEGEE: Use a credit card or squeegee to firmly rub over the entire decal, which removes air bubbles and ensures it's fully adhered.
  5. REMOVE TAPE: Slowly and carefully peel back the clear transfer tape at a sharp angle. If any part of the decal lifts, press the tape back down and squeegee it again before peeling.

How do I remove a decal? Will it damage the surface?

Decals are removable but not reusable. To remove one, gently warm it with a hairdryer to soften the adhesive. You can then use a plastic scraper or your fingernail to peel up an edge and slowly pull it off. If any sticky residue remains, it can be easily cleaned with rubbing alcohol or a citrus-based cleaner. When removed properly, our decals will not damage your boat's gelcoat or vehicle's paint.

Can I put my car or boat through a wash after applying a decal?

Yes. We recommend waiting 48-72 hours after application to allow the adhesive to fully cure. After that, you can wash your vehicle or boat as you normally would. Our decals are durable enough to handle standard car washes and cleaning.

Custom Orders & Special Requests

Do you offer bulk order discounts?

Yes, we do. If you need a large quantity of decals for a boat club, fishing tournament, or your business, please use our "Request Quote" page or contact us directly. Let us know the design, approximate size, and quantity you need, and we'll get back to you with special pricing.

Can I get a decal in a size or color that isn't listed on the product page?

Most likely, yes! We cut everything to order, so custom sizes and colors are usually not a problem. Please contact us with your specific request, and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.

I have an idea for a completely custom decal. Can you create it for me?

Yes, we specialize in custom work! Whether you have a finished design file or just a rough idea, we can help bring it to life. Please contact us with the details of your project, and we can discuss the design process, file requirements, and pricing with you.

Vehicle Stripe Kit

Will this stripe kit fit my specific vehicle?

Our stripe kits are designed to be universal and will fit most vehicles, including trucks, cars, and SUVs. They are printed in long, straight sections that you can trim to the perfect length for your specific make and model during installation. We always recommend you order a little extra on the length.

What are your decals made of?

Our stripes are precision-cut from Oracal 651 Intermediate Calendered Vinyl. This is a high-quality, industry-standard material known for its glossy finish, reliability, and excellent durability, making it the perfect choice for vehicle graphics that look great and are built to last.

How long will the stripes last on my vehicle?

With proper installation and care, your Oracal 651 vinyl stripes have a manufacturer-rated outdoor durability of up to 6 years. They are designed to withstand all normal weather conditions and are completely waterproof.

Will the decal damage my vehicle's paint?

No, it will not. Oracal 651 uses a permanent, solvent-based adhesive that is designed to be safe for original factory automotive paint. When you decide to remove it, the decal can be peeled off cleanly without causing damage.

Rear View Mirror Decals

Are rearview mirror decals legal?

Yes! Our decals are designed small enough to personalize your mirror without blocking your view of the road. Always check your local traffic laws, but these stickers are safe and unobtrusive.

Do the decals block my view while driving?

No. All of our rearview mirror stickers are sized to fit neatly on the mirror without interfering with visibility. They’re decorative and safe.

What are the decals made of?

We use durable, long-lasting vinyl that resists fading, peeling, and cracking. Each decal is easy to apply and remove without damaging your mirror.

Can I order a custom design?

Yes! You can personalize your rearview mirror decal with your own text or design. Just choose the custom option to create something unique.

Do these make good gifts?

Absolutely! Our decals are affordable, fun, and make a great gift for new drivers, car enthusiasts, or anyone who wants to add a personal touch to their ride.

Boat Registration Numbers

Do your registration number decals meet USCG and state requirements?

Yes. When ordered at 3 inches or taller, our boat registration numbers are designed to meet United States Coast Guard requirements. They are made in a clear, block-style font with appropriate spacing. However, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the chosen size and color complies with their specific state and local regulations.

How many decals are included in one order?

Every order comes as a set of two (2) – one for the port (left) side and one for the starboard (right) side of your vessel.

What color should I choose for my registration number?

Regulations require your registration number to be in a color that creates a strong contrast with your boat's hull. For example, use black decals on a white or light-colored hull, and use white or another light-colored decal on a dark hull.

Will these decals stick to an inflatable boat (like a Zodiac or RIB)?

Our standard vinyl decals are designed for smooth, solid surfaces like fiberglass, gelcoat, and painted aluminum. They are not recommended for the flexible, textured PVC or Hypalon surfaces of most inflatable boats, as they may not adhere permanently.

Where do I apply the registration numbers on my boat?

The standard placement is on both sides of the forward half of your boat (the bow). They must be clearly visible and placed above the waterline. We always recommend checking your specific state's boating handbook for exact placement rules.

Any tips for applying these long decals straight?

We recommend the "hinge method." You can find video tutorials for this online, but it involves placing a piece of masking tape across the middle of the decal to hold it in place. You then peel one half, cut away the backing paper, squeegee it down, remove the hinge tape, and then apply the other half. This prevents the decal from moving while you apply it.

Does this order include the state validation sticker (e.g., the year decal)?

No. This product is for your boat's primary registration numbers (e.g., FL 1234 AB) only. The official state validation sticker must be obtained from your state's registration agency (like the DMV or FWC) and applied according to their specific rules, typically within 6 inches of the registration number.

How many decals are included in one order?

Every order comes as a set of two (2) – one for the port (left) side and one for the starboard (right) side of your vessel.

Are the letters and numbers pre-spaced?

Yes! This is a major advantage of our decals. Your registration number will arrive as a single, perfectly pre-spaced decal for each side, held together by transfer tape. You do not have to apply each character individually, which makes getting a straight, professional result much easier.
